Education is the process of facilitating learning, Knowledge, Skills, Values, Beliefs and habits of a group of the people are transferred to other people, through storytelling, discussion, teaching, training and research. Among the learned Banjara people, Rarely one takes pain to develop other people in their own community. They sometime behave just like hatching chicken out of an egg. Instead the chicken needs to help other to feed. In Mewar region,hardly a highly qualified person comes out. The situation is such, if somebody completed hid UG/PG degrees; it is just like a lotus coming out of dirt. It is like a seeding raising its heads out of a hard soil. The real blood of Banjara likes hard work but situation are somehow adverse to them.

We are Blessed with Right to Education (RTE) and educational policies but the government but not taking considerable benefits out of them. By forming associations, organizations, committees and groups for awareness by the youth can enhance educational conditions and impart awareness at least.
Here is gender based discrimination. Social structure in this region does not allow girls pursuing their studies. Girl child is not sent to the schools. They take girls as a burden and liability, and focuses on her marriage as soon as possible just because of feeling of insecurity. They restrict girls for doing studies, and bound them to get exposure. Such environment makes the girls, unconfident, fearful,insecure and she lacks knowledge most significantly.
Education is the key to unlock the golden door of freedom
Students are not getting real knowledge; they are just completing basic schooling, and then find jobs. Eventually,they get private jobs and survive their lives in myth that they are well settled. Then after some of year they face real challenges of the life as they get responsibilities.

Child marriage is the main barrier in educational development in this region. A person (mostly minor) without getting proper job is getting married by his/her parents. And without any source of money then, they struggles and faces many problems.
A society should focus on education and learning for the sustainable growth, welfare and development of its people.
We are not having our representatives in the departments of state government in this region. Students are to be motivated to pursue their higher studies, Under-Graduation and Post-Graduation; raserch works etc. and inspired to prepare for competitive examinations for getting government job. They are promoted for doing businesses also.
